MARINATES



Oriental Vegetable Marinate
1 cucumber minced
1 carrot cut into strips (works good with a potato pealer)
1 tsp peeled and minced fine ginger
1/4 cup minced shallots
1/2 cup honey
2 tbs peanut oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup fish stock
 

Teriyaki Marinate
2 cups soy sauce
3/4 cups water
1/3 cup sherry
24 oz sweetened pinapple juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp shallots
1 tsp gingerroot
1 lb dark brown sugar
